Do I need to know how to code to learn Agentforce?
No. Many agent actions are built with Flow and prompt templates. Apex helps for custom actions, but admins can build useful agents without it.
Which certification covers Agentforce?
The Agentforce Specialist certification (previously called AI Specialist).
Can I practise without a company org?
Yes — a free Salesforce Developer Edition org or a Trailhead playground is enough to start building agents.
