Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 September 2026
These terms apply when you use metrinfo.com, create an account, book a class or request Salesforce services from us. Please read them — and especially the refund policy — before you book.
1. Who you're dealing with
Metrinfo is operated by Utkarsh Singh, a sole proprietor based in India (“Metrinfo”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. What we offer
- Salesforce services — development, fixes, consulting and implementations for businesses.
- Metrinfo Academy classes — live, online Salesforce training delivered in scheduled cohorts.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 to create an account.
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- If you sign in with Google, Google's own terms also apply to that sign-in.
4. Service requests
Sending us a service request is an enquiry, not a contract. Before any work starts, we agree the scope, price, timeline and payment terms with you in writing (for example a proposal or statement of work). That written agreement governs the engagement and takes priority over these terms where they differ. Budget ranges you pick on the site are only a guide.
5. Class bookings and payment
- The price is shown at checkout, in INR (paid through Razorpay) or EUR (paid through Stripe). You pay in full when you book.
- Your seat is confirmed only once payment succeeds; we then email you a confirmation. An unpaid booking holds no seat.
- You can book up to 10 seats at once. If you book for other people, you're responsible for passing the joining details on to them.
- We email the live-session link and pre-course material a few days before the cohort starts.
- Stripe and Razorpay process payments under their own terms; we never see your full card or bank details.
6. Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel
- 7 or more days before the cohort starts — full refund.
- Less than 7 days before, or after it has started — no refund, but you can move your seat to a later cohort once, free of charge, subject to availability.
If we cancel or reschedule
- If we cancel a cohort, you get a full refund — or, if you prefer, a free move to another cohort.
- If we move a cohort's start date, you can choose the new date, a different cohort, or a full refund.
How refunds work
To cancel, email admin@metrinfo.com with your booking ID (it's in your confirmation email and dashboard). Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank. Refunds for service work follow the written agreement for that engagement.
7. Course materials and sessions
Session links, recordings and materials are for your own learning. Please don't share session links, or record, copy or redistribute sessions or materials, without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Don't:
- use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
- try to access other people's accounts or data, or probe or break our security
- overload, disrupt, scrape or automate the site (including automated bookings)
- submit false details, or use our forms to send spam
9. Intellectual property
The site, its content and our course materials belong to Metrinfo or its licensors. Ownership of work we build for clients is set out in the written agreement for that engagement.
Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Education Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. Metrinfo is an independent provider and is not endorsed by Salesforce, Inc. unless we say otherwise.
10. No guarantees
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Our classes teach skills; they don't guarantee a certification, a job or any other particular result.
11. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your statutory consumer rights.
12. Ending your account
You can stop using the site at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing admin@metrinfo.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Paid bookings are then handled under the refund policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, email account holders first. A booking is governed by the terms in force when you made it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protections your local law gives you that can't be overridden by agreement.
